This podcast reviewed in detail these eleven golden rules; 1. Small Position Size, 2. High Trade Count, 3. Uncorrelated Tickers, 4. A Balanced Portfolio, 5. Be a Net Options Seller, 6. No Stoplosses, 7. Opportunistic Profit Taking, 8. Ample Cash Reserve, 9. Reduce Commissions and Fees, 10. Adjust to Reduce Risk and 11. Non-Emotional Expected Outcomes. The podcast has 304 sentences of clear explanation or rationale for each of these rules, which I think you will find very helpful/. These rules are important because they eliminate emotion and help you avoid both the land mines and the potholes which exist on the otherwise smooth appearing road you travel while trading options. Options are mathematical constructs and it is easy to see how they work, but there are certain if the thus statements like there are in computer language coding or smart contracts and these statements are rules which must be followed. I want a smooth and pleasant journey every time I drive the option trading highway. I am sure you do too. So follow the rules of the road.
