## OVERVIEW
Creating a Customer Tenantis a straightforward process that happens form the Shieldforce Partner Portal.

## Creating a Customer
On the Magagment Portal page, to create a customer tenant:
1. Click on the **Clients** tab left blue panel to open up a list of customer tenants dashboard. You will see your current customer tenants listed out if you already have one or more already added. If not, you will be prompted to add a new Tenant.
2. Alternatively, you can click on the **"+ New"** button found on the top right to bring a dropdown of tenents that can be created. Here, you will click on :derelict_house_building: **Customer**.

## Entering Customer Credentials

On the page that appears, you are presented with a form to fill with the title ***"Create new customer in {ShieldForce_account_name}"***. Do the following respectivesly:

1. For the first set of information - Provide general information.
- **Greneral Information:** This is where we provide general information about the tenant, such as:
- Customer name
- Languguage
- Country/Region
- Industry
- **Operation Mode:** This initiats the licencing mode the new tenatn os going to start with. the two options are:
- Trial 30-day evaluation, and
- Production

For **ShieldForce**, Production Mode is Selected here

- Advanced settings:
- This specifies who has control of the tenant and we have:
- Managed by service provider - *This is selected*
- Managed by customer
- the next is to select **Two-Factor Authentication**


- **Creat administrator**: In this pane, we are enter the following credentials for an administrator which is required for the registartion of evices within the Cyber Protection service. The administrator will have the maximum level of privileges within this tenant:

- Administrator email
- Use login that is different from email - *leave this unchecked*
- First name
- Last name

- More contact details: Input the following details about the Customer Tenant (Administrator)
- Business phone
- Job title
- Language
- Company Contact - *leave this unchecked*
- Then click the **Customize** button. The pane that follows up can be found in ==Setting up services and packages==
