# Bounties from Shield3 in the Onchain Summer Buildathon

[Shield3](https://www.shield3.com/) is joining the [Onchain Summer Buildathon](https://onchain-summer.devfolio.co/) by **offering bounties** for teams building who integrate Shield3 into their app!

Shield3's bounties will be posted to the community Bountycaster https://www.bountycaster.xyz/onchainsummer

Shield3 combines offerings from services including data providers like [Chainalysis](https://www.chainalysis.com/free-cryptocurrency-sanctions-screening-tools/) and [Forta](https://forta.org/), blockchain APIs like [Infura](https://www.infura.io/) and [Alchemy](https://www.alchemy.com/) into a single service.

Use Shield3's RPC to:
- Detect and block transactions involving addresses flagged by Forta's scam detector, protecting users from phishing and other potential threats
- Detect and block addresses flagged in Chainalysis' sanction database, preventing potential compliance issues
- Protect users from making mistakes like incorrect slippage on Dexes leading to sub-optimal trades
- Write any custom policy!
