# The 11th universary event - the syrian revulotion - Athens

#### On the 18th of march 2022, the Syrian and greek youth forum co-orgnised an event to celebrate the syrian revulotion that started 11 years ago.

#### The event took a place in a veniue at Chalandri area and around 50 people were present including activists, politians, artistis and representitives of the syrian revulotion, people also joined us from outside of greece.

### To start the event we had the plusser to listen to the words of the jurnalist ( ??? )


#### The event started with words on democracy, migration and revulotion by a Syrian human rights lawyer Anwar [Al-Bunni](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anwar_al-Bunni).

#### following that the Syrian actor Fares [Al-Helou ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fares_Al-Helou) shared also questions around our identity as refugees after a war, crisis , migrations and more. rasisin the question of who are we now ? are we Syrians ? are we refugees , are we raples.

#### As art has been a voice of the syrian revulotion like many other revulotion, we invited the band of [Ferket Al Anwar ](https://ethnocloud.com/ferket_el_anwar/?pg=about)
##### Ferket El Anwar" in Arabic means Orchestra of Light. It is an orchestra founded in 2016 in Athens (Greece) and performs traditional, classical and contemporary Arabic music from the Near and Middle Eastern countries, in compositions dating from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

#### To contunie with art and revulotion we performed the art of Aradah by ( Al Fawares band ) craeted in 2018 by SGYF, our team wrote revulotionalry words to fit into the event.

Through our participation within the Trojan DAO we were able to cover the cost of the Musical band Ferket al anwar.
