#### Why: Τo offer guidance, to make sure community members are up to date

1. How to:
- join discord
- hackmd
- how to take actions in SGYF DAO

2. Co-working proccesses:
- How ideas and information are shared, how ideas become proposals, how proposals are voted on in the DAO.
- find time to do SGYF DAO's work, what stratigies are helpful.

3. Asking members to offer their feedback on the processes so far, and if they would like to be offered an **action item**, or suggest their own action item. For a list of existing action items see [Meeting Notes 26.02.22](https://hackmd.io/@sgyfdao/SkTuwhPl5).

4. give a headsup for the members to bring thier personal devices to install the apps, and link their account.
5. Ask about personal availability to attend the next group workshop. A preferred day of the week and time?
