# SGYF DAO CIRCLES PROJECT The aim of the pilot proposal is to create the active citizneship card which will be a social credit system that will make visible the social contribution that are currently invisible to the existing systems. ## Short Term Vision The short term goals will provide a system of exchange so that the active citizens will be able to exchange their social credits with goods and services that are provided by the community. ## Long Term Vision The long term vision is to fundamentally change the concept of citizenship. The goal is to provide safety, security and a basic income to active individuals in the city and create an inclusive society with equal opportunities for all. People will finally belong to the city according to their social impact and not their legal status. This way the term active citzenship will become a living method practice that will be expanded to the wider global public. Who is an active citizen: No matter your background, if you step into the responsibility to activate yourself, your community, and your city, through art, culture, environmental practices, you become an active citizen. ### What SGYF needs for the realisation of the Pilot Project from Circles: - User friendly interface. - Customization of the user interface to display the active citizens logo and images. (*PASSPORT like) - Costumized display for participants profiles to be able to see their credits and a calendar of activities goods and services they can access. - Feedback form; A form that participants can give positive or negative feedback for activities that are included in the Active Citizen circle. - Admin panel for SGYF team to curate the list of goods, services and activities and monitor feedback. - Onboarding sessions in order to introduce Circles and how to be used by our community members ## What SGYF will give back to the circles project: Connect the DAO world with the community of Circles. Offer to translate Circles materials into Arabic. Raise awareness about Cirlces on the ground and influence more users to join. Create an impactful pilot as the first Circles project in Athens. Provide step-by-step documentation of the project which will be broadcasted through our communication channels to the broader world, and light the way for other communities to follow. ### Project management Funding for the creation of the Pilot managed transparently using SGYF DAO Bounties for contributions.
