# Testing EPS *This is the README for the "Electrical Implementation Testing"-folder. There will be subdirectories for the different components.* --- ## Creation of this Readme Every designer has to add the information of his board. It should be clear what functionalities the board should have. Please take a look at the MOVE III requirements (link below). Every requirement should be listed. Your tasks: * edit the general fuctions of the board * check all the reqirements of MOVE III that apply to your board You can track your time in [this issue](https://gitlab.lrz.de/move/Electrical/eps_hardware/-/issues/100) Helpful links: * [MOVE III requirements](https://twcloud.lrt.lrg.tum.de:8443/webapp/collaborator/document/51e75f8c-f63e-41ab-9f97-947ea2087fb4?viewId=38c2302a-2621-4f1e-9496-f3cbab8ade9c&viewType=model&sectionId=627d192c-81fe-4358-b33a-604c53b71289) (VPN might be necessary) --- I. Basic hardware testing (Is there current? Are all ICs properly soldered?) II. Basic software testing (is the board flashable?) III. Build a (online) test setup in the cave. (get someone from Software and make a step by step setup around the boards) IV. Advanced software testing (is the communication working? is the pre-made software working fine?) V. Testing all functions of the individual boards VI. Test the crossover (do the boards interact properly together?) ## SSB Purpose: Development board for subsystems Designer: Jona Epic: ### ### Who should test? ## Backplane Purpose: Connect all subsystems Designer: tbd ### Functions that should be tested - Switches - Communication - Power Supply ### Who should test? ## Battery Board Purpose: Responisble: Christian, Yordan ### Functions that should be tested * mechanical stability * cell voltage balancing * constant voltage output * load testing ### Who should test? ## Cricket Board Purpose: Ground communication Designer: Albin (Zsofia) ### Functions that should be tested ### Who should test? ## BCR Purpose: Make the charging more efficient Designer: Selina ### Functions that should be tested - MPPT algorithm - Test with actual solar cells - Enough power for satellite? ## UVP Purpose: Prevent the system of a short circuit Designer: Marc Epic: *insert link here* ### Functions that should be tested - Sinus-squarwave convertion of Trigger - Hysteresis - Maximum current - On-Off caracteristics *Issue-Link, required hardware, who tested, date of testing, testing result (failed, uncertain, in progress, not tested, passed), tested functionality, how was it tested, test setup(cave/student lab/...), comments* | Nr. | Tested functionality | Issue link | Date of testing | Tested by | Required hardware | Test setup | Testing procedure | Testing results | Comments | | --- | -------------------- | ---------- | --------------- | ---------- | ----------------- | ---------- | ----------------- | --------------- | -------- | | | | | | | | | | | | ### Who should test?
