Schedule
I will be building up our schedule below as we go. Handouts will be linked below as well.
Week 1

Lab handout
- Cable management
- What is the simplest electrical resistivity measurement (4-electrode Wenner measurements with the SKS-24 electrical resistivity meter)
- What can an electrical resistivity measurement do for you? (Los Alamos sturcutral geology example on the rolling whiteboard)
Class (F 9/23)
Gaining intuition about the "earth-circuit" idea and the earth as a resistor. DC Circuit Consturction simulator. Resistance vs. resistivity. See the available reading materials on the Electrical Resistivity webpage.
Week 2
Lab (Field) T9/27 or R 9/29
Collect a 1D Wenner Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) data set at the Chorro Creek Dog Leg Reference Profile.
Class (F 9/30)
