The Formal Submission Window for the _October Governance_ Cycle opens on Monday, October 3, and closes on Wednesday, October 5. All non-cosmetic modifications should be done by Wednesday, September 28, for proposals to be eligible to the _October Governance Cycle_.

## Weekly Governance Cycle

A new SPF request, [MIP55c3-SP10: Pioneer a DeFi-Native Dataset for Modelling Sentiment-driven Dynamics and Risks](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/mip55c3-sp10-pioneer-a-defi-native-dataset-for-modelling-sentiment-driven-dynamics-and-risks/17942), was posted on Friday. It will be eligible to enter the Weekly Governance Cycle, on October 3, after the two-week RFC and one-week frozen periods have finished.
