## Next Steps for the Ambassador Program
A lot of ideas came up with the new budget and crew members. We probably won't have time nor manpower for all of them, but let's write 'em down in a list and comment about them:
- Make polls to see where we at.
- We know our target is everyone, but who is following us at this present time and who's being left out? How we proceed much depends on this.
- What kind of polls should be done and where (MakerDAO Forums, Ambassador's Twitter, etc).
- What will we do once we have this metrics? (plausible scenarios)
- We can continue this topic on the document I've created! :)
- Make an Instagram account.
- We should make a single Instagram account for Argentina and Venezuela. That way, we'll have a bigger community there, and people will feel they're part of something beyond their own country. Also, having news from both countries in a single place will help us to not run out of material... probably.
- This will probably involve weekly videos (news or educational).
- Swag will be needed for giveaways and such, so commonly used on the platform.
- What are we expecting from this platform and what else are we gonna do with it?
- Make a Website to have all translations in one place.
- What hosting are we going to use? Research should be done.
- I've been asking around and three recommendations appeared repeatedly:
- [HostGator](https://www.hostgator.com/) was the most recommended between the people I've spoken with (a friend who used to work in FinTech; my cousin, who works in videogames ---Paradox---, and a musician)
- [Bluehost](https://www.bluehost.com), also recommended by two of them
- [GoDaddy](https://www.godaddy.com) (PS: No, it is not a kinky date app! :P)
- [Here](https://hostadvice.com/tools/web-hosting-comparison/blue-host-vs-godaddy-vs-hostgator/) we have a comparision chart between these three.
- **HostGator** seems to be among the best ranked in every chart I've seen.
- **Not related**: someone also told me about a webapp called *Notion*, used as a project organizer tool for teamwork.
- Work on a complete re-work of the [Community Portal](https://makerdao.world/en/) in spanish.
- How are we going to organize this?
- Where are we uploading this project?
- Metrics
- How are we gonna measure the success of the program and what will we have to show by the end of this six months?
- Conferences and public appearances
- Probably a good idea for public appearances in Argentina is having Jose/Brigith in a videocall explaining us the situation in Venezuela and why DAI is important in their reality... And vicecersa (Sebix). This way, we'll make assisters notice they're being part of something really big, from people in all places... Probably a good idea to have Kat from NewYork. We're going to need some kind of projector for this though.
- We have 96.7% confirmed the possibility of work with [Area3](https://www.areatresworkplace.com/home) but, of course, we're gonna need to work hard on this. We need to offer a solid and well-constructed event. If this goes well, it could be a big big step in terms of visibility and possible contacts; in Area3 we can get in touch with a lot of relevant companies (Cabify, Spotify, Visa Lemon Card, Google)
- In the future we should think also about TikTok. It seems like the visibility that app give you is huge. For example, a friend ---musician--- goes from 75.000 monthly listeners on Spotify to 500.000 after 2 months of the right use of TikTok. Most listened song being 7.000.000 views. Of course, music and entertainment are different things than MakerDAO and DAI, but the potential of this app should not be left aside.
- _What else? Please, add more info as you see fit_
