Esta se desarrolla en diferentes ámbitos de la DAO que podemos clasificar como Gobernanza Off y On-Chain. Es a través de estos ciclos de Gobernanza que las MIPs (o Propuestas de Mejora de Maker) son presentadas y llevadas a votación popular. ¿Qué es una propuesta o MIP? ¿Cómo funcionan las votaciones? Sí, muchas preguntas se generan de golpe, y profundizaremos en ellas en breve. Todas las propuestas para modificar al Protocolo deben seguir un ciclo específico: Ciclo de las Propuestas de Mejora de Maker (o MIPs): La propuesta es posteada en el foro oficial de MakerDAO. Dropping most translations? Sebix and Jose had a call and analyzed the idea of dropping part of the weekly tasks to have more time for new roles. Next Steps for the Ambassador Program A lot of ideas came up with the new budget and crew members. We probably won't have time nor manpower for all of them, but let's write 'em down in a list and comment about them: Make polls to see where we at. We know our target is everyone, but who is following us at this present time and who's being left out? How we proceed much depends on this. What kind of polls should be done and where (MakerDAO Forums, Ambassador's Twitter, etc). What will we do once we have this metrics? This is a summary of the governance impact of ratifying this amendment from GovAlpha's perspective: This MIP is based on MIP53: The MKR Compensation Guidelines. This proposal's intention is to unify (homogenize?) incentives to "recruit, retain and align" interest through MKR payments to Core Units. By this proposal, individual CU proposals for MKR compensations could (?) be replaced, making the overall process more friendly and less complex. The amount of MKR transferred to each Core Unit's Facilitator is based on the total of each team's salary (75%) as specified in their respective MIP40 Budget, with a four-year vesting schedule plan. Also, as of this proposal, Core Units Budget requests should include expected MKR compensation. This amendment has been assigned High-Impact based on the methodology listed here.

This is a summary of the governance impact of ratifying this amendment from GovAlpha's perspective: MIP4c2-SP24 amends MIP61: Recognized Delegate Compensation, specifically MIP61c2: Compensation Formula and Process. This amendment aims to modify the period of time taken into account when calculating Recognized Delegate participation metrics. Under the current scheme, there is a fixed starting date for the calculation (set at the moment someone becomes a Recognized Delegate). Puntos Importantes Las traducciones tienen como objetivo acercar todo conocimiento relativo a MakerDAO a nuevos potenciales usuarios y miembros de la comunidad cuyo acceso se vea limitado por las barreras del lenguaje.
