### 1. Minutes of the last meeting & outstanding actions
Actions:
* SW, AC and LB to meet and discuss future requirements for website content
* SW to discuss future budget requirements with the Dean
* DM to discuss with student in terms of exactly what equipment would be required for the project, and feed back to SW, so the relevant enquiries can be made.
* AC to circulate samples of prospective giveaway items.

1. channels for #outreach, #recruitment (for EEE CS joint events)
* but files stay under #general in folders (less confusing)?
