## Setup UAV for training
The UAV we use for training in Berlin used cheap plastic gear servos. One of the servos failed in the lab for no particular reason. We should change the servos.
We have a buch of old/used servos. Some got in contact with sea water. Double check if we can reuse any servos or make a suggestion for new servos. Philipp can buy servos till the next meeting if necessary.

## Setup antenna ground station box for training
The [SearchWing antenna ground station box](https://wiki.searchwing.org/en/home/groundstation-build-doc/gcs-antenna-box-v2) is the counter part of the UAV at the ship. The box in Berlin got ripped apart for debugging. We should make sure that the box is ready for training.

## ExpressLRS setup for Talon
Our current FrSky based remote setup has the big disadvantage that we can not bind the remote by passphrase/shared secret. Therefore we came up with a process to clone the radiomaster remotes which allows us to create exact copies of remotes e.g. if a remote goes missing in the ocean. For cloning we have to guard the main remote with our life. With out the remote we are unable to clone new versions.

We should create a ExpressLRS setup that is similar to our current remote setup and build a test plane with it.

## Integration of theBox into Talon
The mini talon has its limitations e.g. space. Therefore we would like to investigate if we can easily integrate the box into the talon. The Talon is the mother of the mini talon. Check if we can integrate the current box design into the Talon.
Philipp designed some preliminary holders for the box for the Talon.
