# Shorbha Chimken Masala Recipe ###### Recipe 1. Start with heating some oil. 2. Add chutki bhar heeng to it. 3. Then add Tez Patta, Badi Elaichi, Long, Lal Mirch (sabut), Jeera. 4. Add 1.5 kg chopped onion, and add some salt to it. 5. Wait for 10 min (medium-high flame) till onion becomes brown. 6. Then add kashmiri red-chili powder (2-3 tbsp), haldi (1 tsp), Dhaniya powder (2 tbsp). 7. Then bhuno for another 5-10 min on low flame. Keep it covered. 8. Then add ginger-garlic-chili-garam masala (little bit) paste. 9. Then close the lid and bhuno for another 15 min. Basically it should become dark masala and oil chhod dena chahiye (everything on low flame). 10. On another pan - shallow fry the chicken in oil. 11. Put the fried chicken in the masala and mix well. Add any chicken masala of choice. 12. Add 2 medium size chopped raw onion, and spread it over the chimken. 13. Cover with the lid and let it cook on low flame for another 10-15 min. 15. After it's done, add some kasoori methi, mirch, black-pepper. 16. Transfer everything to a cooker and mix water as per requirement, add salt. 1 seeti on high flame and another seeti on low flame. 17. Let the pressure go off naturally and then open and serve.
