## P2 - 2023 Business Strategy
### One ECV
ECV's management team has fully aligned for consolidating the resources of different BUs. There is no more ECV internal charge in 2023 to improve the co-selling synergy. Sales can focus on the customers' demands and leverage such as SAP, AIML, data analytics, security, OT(ESG) and ProServe. It will prevent the earlier negative image of cooperating with other BUs. Meanwhile, the new AWS BU provides a single focal to help consolidate the requests either from ECV or AWS to streamline the communication.
### Geo-expansion
ECV will put more resources to southern Taiwan. ECV will finish the new branch office establishment in KH by end-of-2022, and the headcounts are also decided. There will be one manager, two sales, two tech support and one office assistant in the KH office. The branch office will be dedicaded doing southern Taiwan's business, especially for Kaohsiung and Tainan.
### Focused solutions bundle
Enterprise is also the key target market that ECV wants to penetrate in 2023. Besides the general cloud migration workloads, ECV has invested different domains in 2022 or earlier to prepare for its business diversity. As there are still [lots of enterprise customers](https://www.ithome.com.tw/article/152579) remain on-prem and consider migrate or hybrid to cloud, what they care about is not only where to put the IT infrastructure, but the existing solutions consistency, Security, and even how to comply with the regulation/ compliance. Security, ESG are the major two solutions that ECV is going to double down. And FSI is the new focused industry that ECV's new sales MD can help with in 2023.
