### The Whale Club Membership NFT

The Whale Club aims to focus on who are deeply committed to the Casper Network, Whale Club, and their ecosystem. The membership NFT will be available for free minting to any CSPR/WHALE holder meeting the following criteria:

1. More than or equal 1.000.000 CSPR
2. More than or equal 1.000.000 WHALE

The NFT won't be tradable or transferable, and your membership won't be a constant. We'll take a snapshot of your balance each week, and if you no longer meet the required holding amount, your membership will be temporarily deactivated.

The NFT is a key to access our club with many benefits:

1. **Unique NFT Membership Rewards:** Show off your membership with awesome, whale-themed NFTs that only club members can get. These cool digital assets are our way of saying thank you and letting you know how special you are in the community. Plus, you can earn WHALE token or getting more CSPR when you hold the NFTs and stake with our Casper validator node or participate activities in the club

Upon minting, every whale will receive a foundational WHALE NFT. This basic NFT will consist of slots to personalize with items like headgear, gloves, boots, and more. Users can purchase these equipment pieces from the marketplace using CSPR/WHALE tokens. This feature adds uniqueness to your NFT and allows you to showcase your value to the entire community.

#### How to Earn WHALE Tokens?
**- For Whale NFT Owners:**
WHALE tokens are distributed to Whale NFT owners from the dedicated Whale Incentive Pool.

1. **Staking with Whale Club Node:** By staking CSPR with the Whale Club node, Whale NFT owners not only receive CSPR rewards but also earn additional WHALE tokens.
2. **Participation in Whale Portal Activities:** Engaging in activities within the Whale portal also grants Whale NFT owners opportunities to earn more WHALE tokens.

**- For Regular Users:**
Normal users can acquire WHALE tokens by contributing to the ecosystem. These tokens are distributed from the Ecosystem Growth Pool.

1. **Content Creation:** Contributing content for the Whale Club, such as writing news about the ecosystem or providing project analytics, offers a way for regular users to earn WHALE tokens.
2. **Crafting WHALE NFT Traits:** Creating and selling WHALE NFT traits in the marketplace is another way for regular users to earn WHALE tokens.

**- Buying WHALE Tokens:**
Both Whale NFT owners and regular users can also acquire WHALE tokens by purchasing them from Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) or Centralized Exchanges (CEX).

### Whale Club Node

We're setting up a Casper node to become a validator for the Casper network, allowing Whale NFT owners or anyone to stake their CSPR in the node and earn WHALE tokens. (note that only active NFT owners can get WHALE tokens)

The node's fee 10%, here's a breakdown:

1. **Node Operations (3%):** This portion covers the operational costs of maintaining and running the node efficiently.
2. **Top 10 Whales Staking Rewards (4%):**
- Weekly Calculation: Every Sunday at 24:00 GMT, we'll calculate the top 10 whales based on the total rewards earned from staking with the Whale Club node throughout the week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00 GMT).
3. **Top 10 WHALE Token Holder Rewards (3%):**
- Weekly Snapshot: At 24:00 GMT every Sunday, we'll take a snapshot of WHALE token holders' balances to determine the top 10 holders who will share the rewards.

This fee distribution model ensures transparency and incentivizes active participation within our Whale Club Node, benefitting both stakers and top token holders.
