# How to use our service for recording audio data

Hi there! Thank you for joining us. Here's an instruction on how to use our service.

## Important: Before you start
Please, use **the Google Chrome browser** so that everything works correctly.<br>

## Start Recording

1. Go to https://robotvera.ru website. <br> Please, make sure that the link starts with `https,` not from `http.`

2. Use your login and password to sign in.
<br>
<br>
<br>

3. After signing in, click on the `Recording` title on the menu.

4. Click on the task title that is available for you.

<br>

5. In the large box, there’s the text that you need to pronounce and record.

6. In the blue square space, there’s a bar and numeric indicator which shows the level of the noise. Please, start pronouncing and recording only when the indicator is at -40. Any other index means there’re some background noises that may affect the quality of our audio data.

7. Please, make sure that this indicator is not less than 20 kHz.

8. When you’re ready to record the text, press `Record` and start dictating all the phrases from the box. Please, pronounce all the words clearly and loudly enough.

<br>

9. When you finish dictating, press `Stop.`

10. After that, the audio player will appear below. Press ‘Play’ and listen to the audio that you recorded.

11. If you’re happy with the quality of the recording, press `Accept.`

<br>

12. If you’re ***not*** happy with the quality (e. g. something happened to your voice during the recording process or there’re any background noises), press `Record` once again and repeat previous steps.

<br>

13. You may re-record one audio as many times as you wish until you like its quality.
<br>
<br>

14. After accepting, the next text to record will appear.
<br>
<br>

15. If you realize that it’s not possible to pronounce the text from the field (e. g. strange names or unknown terms), you may press `Reject`.


Or you may press `Skip` to skip the text.
