# Project Director Candidate Nominations 2024
Please list the nominations your team is providing in the appropriate sections below, or indicate that your team is not nominating anyone.
## Initial Team Nominations
### Incumbents
- Mark Rousskov (accepted)
- Ryan Levick (accepted)
### T-compiler
- davidtwco (accepted)
### T-devtools
- carols10cents (accepted)
- Carol has deep knowledge of the Rust project and its governance. I think she is good at cutting through to the important things and has good insights.
- djc (accepted)
- I would like to be nominated because I think I can represent the perspective of (open source) library maintainers pretty well (as the maintainer of a bunch of popular libraries), while I've also used Rust in my startup as a CTO. I am a contributor to the Rust project (currently via the rustup team, have also written two RFCs and contributed some features to Cargo) but also have some distance from the project which I think is a useful/interesting mix.
### T-infra
- Jakub Beránek (declined)
- I really enjoy working with him and he is part of many teams and working groups so I think he has a good "general" vision of the rust project.
### T-lang
- Michael Goulet (compiler-errors) (declined)
- Felix (declined)
- lcnr (declined)
- Jack Huey (would accept but likely barred by affiliation limits)
- Having been on the leadership council, he has a good sense of how things work (or don't) from the other side and is known to the folks in the foundation
### T-launching-pad
### T-libs
### T-mods
