## Project charters

### When do we need charters for projects?

Projects that will require an RFC want a charter.

## Charter structure

The charter should be the main ticket on the tracking issue I think. It should be short enough to fit into that context.

## Project updates

What is some of the information I would like to know about each project:

* Thorny problems worth elevating to the lang team
* People-- who is involved and how are they doing
* Progress-- what are current goals we are working towards
* Are any RFCs or other major documents in development?
