Thank you all for contributing! Most notably, we heard from many of you about the length of the RFC, and we put a concerted effort into reducing that. We've split out non-binding supplementary materials into separate documents, as well as editing the remaining text of the RFC itself for brevity. We're planning to post the current RFC publicly in the next week or so, as a PR to the `rust-lang/rfcs` repository, and start working towards ratification. Before doing that, we wanted to give members of the project another chance to see the current version in advance, to show how we've addressed previous feedback, and to find out about any last-minute issues or concerns. We expect the attached version to closely match the upcoming pull request. The planned ratification process for this RFC involves signoffs from every member of the interim leadership group (all top-level team leads, all moderators, all core team members, and all Rust Foundation project directors). We're expecting all the team leads to seek feedback from their teams and subteams before ratifying, including any concerns or objections. Please feel free to discuss feedback with any member of the interim leadership group, or discuss the RFC on Zulip at <https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/stream/369838-rfc-leadership-council-feedback>.
