Already Reno's top casino property, Peppermill Hotel Casino outlined a $230 million expansion project plan that promises to provide northern Nevada with the splendor, luxury amenities, and design sensibilities of the most luxurious Las Vegas resort properties.
Scheduled to open in late 2007, the Tuscan-themed expansion will have several components, including a 600-room hotel tower, 50,000-square-foot transparent convention and entertainment center, a new swimming pool and entertainment area, a new 1,610 space parking garage, a luxurious spa and salon, a large grand entrance and Forte Kocher, and a new 10,000-square-foot double-decker nightclub. In addition, many existing areas of Peppermill, including tower rooms and hotel lobbies, will be remodeled and updated to suit the Tuscan design themes of the new building. 신용카드 현금화
The expansion will revolve around a new 17-story glass hotel tower that will offer stunning mountain and city views to peppermill customers. The tower's 600 elegant themed suites will come in multiple floor plans, with luxury amenities such as a large plasma screen television and a large marble bathroom with a separate water closet, shower, and whirlpool tub in both the lobby, living room and bathroom. Peppermill will have 1,700 rooms when the expansion is complete.
Peppermill will add 50,000 square feet of convention and entertainment centers, bringing the total to 90,000 square feet of convention and meeting space. The new Clear Span structure can accommodate 276 10X10 trade show booths, 3,000 banquet seats, 4,000 concert seats, and also features a state-of-the-art audiovisual system suitable for a wide range of events, including headliner concerts.
The new pool and entertainment area will offer a beautiful Tuscany-style oasis for peppermill guests. Located between the existing Peppermill Hotel Tower and the new All-Suite Tower, the pool and entertainment area will feature music-choreographed lighting and fountain shows for private cabanas and poolside entertainment, which are poolside areas that can be reserved for special events. The cabana level room on the first floor of the new hotel tower will open directly to a full deck, as will a new espresso bar and restaurant located in the convention center.
