#### Introduction

In a typical house rental process, both landlord and tenant own a copy of the contract. No matter the contract is stored as an online or a physical document, its content can be easily tampered with or modified, creating discrepency in the original agreement that will not only lower the confientiality of both sides but also can lead to a series of trust related conflicts. In order to provide a better rental experience as well as protecthing the rights of both sides, we are proposing a new house rental system based on blockchain and smart contract.

#### Features
1. Immutability: the contract they signed can't not be revised. Therefore, it will be more reliable.
2. Trackability: the contract should be open on the Smart House Rental's blockchain.That is, being transparent so that everyone can see this contract make it more trustworthy.
3. Decentralization: each landlord and tenant is a node(user) in the network. Everyone is equal and can sign to others as a landlord or tenant. A contract is similar to a transaction in the bitcoin network.
