How to Connect Xbox One Controller to Xbox ones
- Open the setup app.
- Press Bluetooth. Bluetooth is probably already on, but if it isn’t, turn on the Bluetooth toggle at the top of the next page in green.
- While the Bluetooth menu is still open, grab your Xbox One controller and make sure it’s charged. Turn it on by pressing the Xbox logo button.
- Press the wireless enrollment button on the back of your Xbox One controller and hold it down for a few seconds. The Xbox button light should start flashing quickly (if your Xbox One controller is no longer paired from another device, you can generally skip this step.
- Pressing and holding the Xbox button will be enough to put it in pairing mode.).
- On your iPhone or iPad, you should see “Xbox Wireless Controller” pop up under Other Devices in the Bluetooth menu. Press it.

- On your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, tap Settings.
- Select Bluetooth and verify that it is activated.
- To pair, look for the name of your controller in Other devices. Tap the name to connect.
- To unlink, tap Information next to the device name, then tap Forget this device.
Pair or unlink a controller with your Apple TV
- Start with your controller turned off. Then to put your controller into pairing mode:
- With an Xbox wireless controller, press the Xbox button to turn on the controller. Then hold down the Connect button for a few seconds.
- With a DUAL SHOCK wireless controller, press and hold the PS and Share buttons at the same time until the light-bar starts flashing.
- On your Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, go to Settings> Remotes and devices> Bluetooth.
- Please wait while your Apple TV searches for nearby Bluetooth accessories.
- To pair, select the name of your controller. You will know that your Controller is connected when a notification appears saying that the Controller was briefly connected to your TV.
- To unlink, select the name of your controller, then select Unlink device. You will see a notification on your TV that the controller connection has been lost.

- On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
- Click Bluetooth and verify that it is turned on.
