## Main Functions
- Maitaince the SIM Credit and Usage Record
- Private Credit
- Users use our sim card can get default 500 MB for the specific sim card. Private credit cannot share between many sim cards.
- Public Credit
- For users use our sim card can buy extra credit from the APP, where the unit is 1GB. The public will be recorded under the account, which means many sim cards can share the public credit.

The credit will be updated every hour. The source of the data usage amount is Taiwan Mobile. The credit need to update to daily record, and monthly record.
- Record the Top-up Record
- Update the credit under account collection
- Add a record under account collection
- Notice Notifian under the following codition:
- Private data credit under 100MB
- Private data credit under 50MB
- Private data credit under 30MB
- Run out of private data credit
- 30 days to the expiration date
- 15 days to the expiration date
- 5 days to the expiration date
- 1 days to the expiration date
