[toc] # RMM Agent 3.x Installation Guide If you are interested in **RMM 3.x** and used to Windows platform, On-Premise, we also provide an installer for Windows 10. This section will guide you how to install RMM 3.x Agent on Windows. Note here that: - The RMM installer is named something like “**RMM 3.x AgentSetup_3.x.x.exe**”. To acquire the installer and ensure having the latest version, please contact us. ## Minimum Hardware Requirements - Intel® Core™ i3/Atom/Celeron 1.8 GHz CPU and at least 2GB of RAM ![](https://i.imgur.com/oai4dOR.png) - 128 GB data storage partition ## Prerequisites - **RMM 3.x AgentSetup_3.x.x.exe installer for Windows.** - *RMM 3.2 AgentSetup_3.2.13.exe* - **The .NET Framework 3.5 installer (Offline)** - *dotnetfx35.exe* - **Intel ME Driver** (Intel AMT Required) - UNO-148_WIN10_ME_15.0.23.1706.zip (for UNO-148) - **Suggest to update all security updates and feateurs through Windows Update** ![](https://i.imgur.com/zGU4un3.png) ## Steps to Installation ### Prerequisites 1. Install .Net Framework 3.5. a). Option 1, through **dotnetfx35.exe** offline package. ![](https://i.imgur.com/9Z4dK51.png) b). Option 2, through Windows features to turn on. Enter "**windows features**" on the search bar, and click on "**Turn Windows features on or off**" ![](https://i.imgur.com/q6bpll1.png) Pick-up the **.Net Framework 3.5 (include .Net2.0 and 3.0**) then apply the change. ![](https://i.imgur.com/qXQi1c1.png) ### Intel AMT Initialization 1. 開機DEL進入BIOS後先進入SAVE & EXIT選單選擇Restore Defaults → Load Optimized Defaults? → YES 2. 回到Advanced選單 → PCH-FW Configuration → AMT Configuration → OEM Flags Settings → Unconfigure ME改成Enabled後儲存離開重新開機 3. 重開機後電腦提示Found unconfigure of Intel(R) ME Continue with unconfiguration (Y/N)? 輸入**Y**後電腦重新開機 4. 重開機CTRL+P進入MEBX setup menu 進入MEBX menu後選擇MEBx Login輸入Intel(R) ME Password → **admin** Intel(R) ME New Password → **@Ecadmin1** Verify password → **@Ecadmin1** 選擇Inter(R) AMT Configuration → Activate Network Access → Actives the current...continue:(Y/N) → 輸入**Y**啟用後離開重開機 5. 安裝Intel ME Driver ![](https://i.imgur.com/emCBqIM.png) 6. 安裝後可以透過本地 **http://127.0.0.1:16992**可以確定AMT整體設定無誤,正確的網孔才會取得到 IP Address。 ![](https://i.imgur.com/igPhoyS.png) 7. 通常只有一個網孔可以作用,以這台UNO-148機器請插入C孔 ![](https://i.imgur.com/caW8UCG.png) ### RMM 3.x Agent 1. Install RMM 3.x Agent and run as administrator. ![](https://i.imgur.com/UbRkOxF.png) 2. Click "**Next**" ![](https://i.imgur.com/TOk0p3a.png) 3. Select "**I accept the term in the License Agreement**" then click "**Next**". ![](https://i.imgur.com/IUwlfXi.png) 4. Select installation folder and click on "**Next**" ![](https://i.imgur.com/j9TAOnC.png) 5. Enter your **RMM server IP** address and click on ""**Next**"". ![](https://i.imgur.com/DhYhsgs.png) 6. Select "**Disable SSL for MQTT**" if your RMM server is not enabled. ![](https://i.imgur.com/1UsuIAu.png) 7. Select "Default setting" for the VNC. ![](https://i.imgur.com/j0U4PwB.png) 8. Configure the Intel AMT and with account, password. The account and password must be same with your AMT setting on [previous steps](#Intel-AMT-Initialization). Launch RMM Agent application shortcut on desktop, click the “**ServerSetting**” shortcut. ![](https://i.imgur.com/IbxS7KF.png) 14.
