**Aim**: agree on a handful (5-10?) of topics or themes for the overall workshop to provide focus for the afternoon parallel sessions and to frame the morning lightning talks.

**Process**: the RSE TRE Community Management group will act as a *pro tem* Programme Committee for the day and will agree a final list of topics in good time for later event publicity.

General points:
* Topics should be TRE-related!
* Topics should lean towards the technical(?).

* Creating a federation of cross-discipline TREs and data providers - current technology pros, cons, gaps?
* Multi-TRE analysis: challenges, governance requirements, federation.

* Federation solutions, TRE architecture, TRE operating models, data and infrastructure integration
