# DAOPunks Grant Application ###### tags: `Quest Chains Squad: DAO Research Collective` Hi! My name is Rika. I'm a former Corprat who went full-time DAOs ~1 year ago, but I have been working in crypto since the end of 2017. Currently, I am contributing most of my time to MetaGame (a DAO that spawned out of MetaCartel) where our core mission is to help onboard people into Web3. To that end, we use gamification to educate people about core Web3 values and ethos and help them along their journey. Currently, I am leading a working group within MetaGame to pilot a mini-cohort-based course (gamified and "cryptofied" with soulbound NFTs and tokens) to onboard a more technical audience into Web3. Our intent is to create an onboarding building block that projects in the broader ecoysstem can reuse. We will be using an existing platform called Quest Chains (a DAO that spawned out of MetaGame) to create the course. DAO Research Collective will be collaborating with us in this effort, providing content and helping us to better understand the needs of their technical audience/readers.
