## Goal execute centos-7 and centos-8 train jobs
* will need discuss how much capacity there is to run both distros at the same time, perhaps we'll overlap coverage vs. duplicate.

## Step 3, add upstream upgrade / update jobs

## Step 4, add limited but additional upstream coverage
* splitting resources between centos7 and centos8 train.
