* 17.1 promoted yesterday, we are all green, program call doc updated with today status.

* Downstream Jenkins is hanging - https://rhos-ci-jenkins.lab.eng.tlv2.redhat.com/view/pipeline/ - the 16.2 jobs are missing from the promotion. (pinged arx, attila on slack) Can't log in there anymore
* There was an outage in tlv this weekend, I'll investigate
* It seems Attila retrigger these lines, it should be fine now, still monitoring though
