- We can spin a 2 node vms in vexxhost
- Can be used for crc operator testing ?
- Might be useful for podified and single node external compute deployment?

## Consideration
- openshift version is fixed for a particular openstack release
- operator check and gate jobs needs to be managed via prow
- operator integration pipeline managed via zuul?
