# Rework Downstream Baremetal environment

# Plan - Where we will utilize our 5 environments

* ENV A - 17/rhel9 Component line
* ENV B - 17/rhel9 Integration line - Done
* ENV C - Upstream Centos-9 master integration line
* ENV D - 16.2 Integration line - Done
* ENV E - 17/rhel8 Integration line

## ENVA - 17/rhel9 Component line

Currently running stable on enva rhel8 baremetal component

* This environment have some additional nodes which currently we don't utilize because job is running long(gets timeout at 6 hours) and we can't test more there.
* I am trying to optimize pre-undercloud deploy time, Its taking long because we are using force_tcg param during image conversion.
* We can test Ceph based deployment here

## ENVB - 17/rhel9 Integration line

:notes: Same as envA it have some additional nodes which we will utilize for ceph testing/scale up/composable roles.

## ENVC Upstream Centos-9 master integration line
Centos-9 installation - done

## ENVE - 17/rhel8 Integration line

Currently running stable on enva rhel8 baremetal component

* Currently in 17 tripleo component line
* Failing because boot mode is set to bios
* We have Switched boot mode to uefi/ Switch to use overcloud-full image

TO-DO:
* Switch this job to run in integration line instead,

# Other Issues

* Run virt-customize on the provided image - Taking ~2 hours.
* Investigate why node cleaning is disabled on baremetal nodes.
