It is in the process of being built.

Ms. Johnston said that she agrees that universities are missing the social aspect that allows people to meet and get to know one another from different backgrounds.

"The server has allowed us to keep in touch with each others, and also get to know people we wouldn't have met in real life. It is beneficial for all of us mentally during lockdown."
Acesa's blog

Students have developed spaces such as the Ziggurat accommodation and main square, LCR music venue or UEA(su) and the library at Norwich's university.

The four students who serve as server administrators have different roles. Ms Johnston and Mrs Bystry are the ones who build the servers. Mr Wright answers player questions via voice calls and text chats. Mr Greensted, who has learned programming is responsible for troubleshooting.

The Minecraft creative mode gave unlimited access to Minecraft materials, which meant that the campus was designed by students.

With the help of other players they are currently working on the interiors of some of the buildings.

Ms Johnston stated that "Since our first years haven't been in all of the buildings, it's been essential to rely on the assistance of other students, staff and alumni who've given us photographs to assist us. there's been lots of memories!"

Builder offers nearly PS1m to students who aren't priviledged

31 October 2019

Uni ups support after student death

13 March 2019

University of East Anglia
