Tort Law: A 21st-Century Approach Zahr K. Said, CALI eLangdell® Press, 2021.
We will require the following casebook: Civil Procedure, 9th Edition, by Stephen C. Yaezell, available on Chegg for purchase or rental for under $20.00. The other recommended textbooks include the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Glannon's Outline for Civil Procedure (keyed to the Yaezell casebook), and/or the Examples and Explanations for Civil Procedure.
The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are available to the public through Cornell Law School at: https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcp, thus I don't think it necessary to make the purchase mandatory. But if you all feel differently, we can.
The link to Chegg for the casebook is: https://www.chegg.com/textbooks/civil-procedure-9th-edition-9781454868347-1454868341?c_id=sem&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=tb–long_tail-googleshopping_group6&utm_content=PRODUCT_GROUP&gclid=Cj0KCQjwvO2IBhCzARIsALw3ASpZB3c6pjDek70tnYKOgeO7kfw7TYTlmUl2JGHv5oW3kJ9_hlhk-SgaAlP4EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
Casebook: Evidence 3rd Edition (University Casebook Series) by George Fisher (Third Edition), but you can also buy a much less expensive used version of the Second Edition. (I will send you copies of any materials that are only in one edition.) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1609300602/ref=dbs_a_def_rwt_bibl_vppi_i0
