# RaidGuild<>MolochDAO Sponsorship Overview ###### tags: `MolochDAO` `RaidGuild` The members of ReallyBoringGuild continue to confront the centralized position that this operations working group has in relation to the larger MolochDAO. We have recognized the need to attract the highest quality contributors to attend to the [large list of deliverables](https://hackmd.io/@rbg/RG-Moloch-season3cohort-projectoverview) we have identified to be essential to the smooth administration of the grant pipeline and progressive decentralization of the DAO. This requires a sustained consideration of the incentives that attract and support quality talent, along with a clear articulation of the projects for would-be ad hoc contributors. Travis recently completed onboarding to RaidGuild - the ecosystems preeminent service DAO - during the season 2 cohort of apprentices. The third season is about to begin (Nov 8th) focused explicitly on recruiting non-technical contributors and *Community Strategists* to the guild. RBG recognizes a powerful opportunity to build DAO-to-DAO relations by sponsoring the Season 3 RaidGuild Cohort with $20k from our operations budget towards the completion of our internal goals while also supporting a new wave of curious and highly skilled Web3 freelancers. To add even more value to this sponsorship, RBG will dedicate a small fund ($2k) from our operations budget to incentivize female contributors from MetaGammaDelta to successfully onboard to RaidGuild while delivering upon MolochDAO tasks. RBG wishes to create a legacy of high caliber work executed in a decentralized manner and strategized by a diverse group of fluid contributors. $20k is approximately the equivalent of one RBG contributor working for 3 months, or two contributors for approximately 6 weeks. This strategy will allow us to complete a workload designed for 3 members to execute in 3 months within half that amount of time and half of the budget. 100% of the funds will go towards contributors.
