# RG <> Moloch DAO Docs :: Post-Consultation Notes & Timeline

### Personnel & Budget
* earth2travis should be retroactively compensated for the thorough consultation he has conducted
* Current roles account for 4 RG contributors @ $1000 per week for 8 weeks = $32k total
* RG will take 10% off the top = $3200
* Do we need all 5 contributors for the full 8 weeks? Might it be task/deliverable-based? This needs to be more clearly articulated to report to MolochDAO members
* What's the best payment method? Weekly/monthly payment requests? How does RBG handle this with our multisig?
### Priority of Deliverables
* **Audit of DAO handbooks: ASAP** (first week of November?)
* Will inform all aspects of our handbook crafting, needs to happen first and relatively quickly
* Prioritize these key aspects:
* Member policies (internal use)
* Membership tribute amount
* Outline parameters of the v2 DAO
* What else needs to be articulated immediately?
* Grant pipeline procedures, key dates/schedule (public facing)
* Grant submission/review process (public)
* Grant voting/grace process (internal)
* Modes of distribution and experimental features to consider
* Anything else we might identify to successully complete a grant round beginning *November 15th-ish*
* Can be delivered in provisional form (HackMD, Github/book) if that's easier/faster
* **Docusaurus/Github handbook: December 3rd**
* Will facilitate easy updating by RBG or community in the future (will not require a dev to maintain).
* Might we include instructions for RBG/Moloch members?
* Includes all of the above, and in addition:
* Manifesto (vision, mission statement, updated whitepaper) by TW with Moloch contributors (produced internally)
* Grantee onboarding information, tutorials, and/or FAQ for after the funding round is over
* DAO accounting/budget area for members (living doc, created internally by RBG)
* Annual report outlining previously funded projects (living doc, created internally by RBG)
* How the RBG working group interfaces with MolochDAO, guidelines for the formation of future working groups (ie: treasury management)
* Onboarding to RBG
* Applying to RFPs (directly to RBG)
* RBG policies:
* Compensation
* Sweat equity (invitation to submit tribute)
* Other handbook sections that might be identified during initial research
* **Design system/style guide integrated into handbook: December 15th** (or end of year)
* Really just needs to be a template, consultation of best practices, designing an effective system. TW will populate with assets
* To be applied to www.molochdao.com, handbook, and all future marketing materials
