### RAID GUILD / MOLOCH - A RAID ON SANITY

#### Price Breakdown (according to RG system)
* $10k = small projects
* $6k = small tasks/bounties

#### Goal
Launch a RAID focused on critical path elements needed by Moloch DAO. Really Boring Guild coordinates the tasks, providing mentorship & insight to the cohort. The cohort provides much needed assistance, and may be invited to become part of the Really Boring Guild. *discuss

### MGD Incentivization Idea
* RG payment is kept separate.
* We set up an incentivization/bonus system for MG members to encourage female non-technical contributors to both RG and MolochDAO.
* Comes from the RBG ops budget.
* Correlated to the "point system" and "govern structure" of MGD internal ops
* Can the MGD social cred system to be correlated to a compensation scheme like Coordinape?

### MC<>Moloch
* Formalize into a proposal some sense of "soft" accountability
* MC should be explicitly funding Dapp layer projects
* No more than 20% spent on MC ops! 80% of the money is for incubating experimental Dapps
* Distributed in 3 installments, with MC+Moloch townhall check-ins for transparency
* Some kind of reportage to update members on how the money is being spent
* A similar structure might be developed for other Moloch funded projects like ETH Cat Herders, etc.
* Might we propose a grant matching system as an alternative to Moloch giving a bunch of money to MC without them having skin in our game?
* TL;DR = we need to co-craft a proposal that ensures transparency (clear guidelines) between the DAOs without needing to keep tabs

* Set up a MolochDAO HackMD to start a doc repository to keep all our info in a centralized place
* Continue to fill out our respective domains in the RG project elements async: **Finish by Wednesday in order to meet with RG representatives**
