Explanation of sweat equity procedure. Pooja will connect with Ann. * 2 conflict resolution circles scheduled ### Pipeline * Soft sentiment polls will be created on Friday, followed by an email and Discord notification * December 6th member meeting tentatively scheduled for 10am MST * RBG will try to increase the clarity of member feedback and help shape proposal changes in a productive fashion ### RaidGuild Check-in * Zayi needs intros for interviews of past grantees to develop an outline for a blogpost, emphasis on impact * Website is happening, docusaurus integration, visual design system, new CMS for collecting blogs all in one place * Ann's grant strategy/report group is chugging along ### Conflict Resolution Circles * Should we record it? Use it as a learning experience towards building policy? * Should we organize a larger public forum on conflict resolution for January? * How might we document the proceedings without infringing upon the safety/trust of the circle? * Zayi can take notes at the second meeting
