## Roadmap Review
* Integrate Ann + Zayi's priorities into the diagram: budget, marketing, etc. through the end of the year
* Handbook is out of proportion! Create a scaled-down MVP handbook roadmap to be delivered by Halloween 🎃
## Budget Consultations?
* Ann is meeting with Damagedgoods Monday
* TJrush on data extraction/mapping from real sources
* Spencer consultation on compensation schemes for RBG, Moloch, longevity, etc?
* We have a desperate need for an immediate budget to figure out what we can spend, the RBG timeline of priorities
* Future speculation: RBG might employ ad hoc workers for other DAO projects, become an it's own DAO
## Moloch Docs <>RaidGuild: Consultation with earth2travis
* Docs are a first step in a larger vision of DAO cultural revitalization
* Secondary value added to the ecosystem by streamlining RG processes, raising standards of DAO docs more generally
* RG is already maxxed out, but taking on this project is an amazing opportunity for RG<>Moloch and others
* Every aspect of the docs could potentially create an archetype for the rest of the ecosystem
* Ann: can we scale down the project to an MVP handbook?
* New member policy: onboarding + compensation
* Manifesto
* Visual design system (November)
* Year-end annual report / budget
* If the MVP is produced now, the luxury version of this proposal might be pushed to next year = apply for a specific ops budget for this project that is **matched by other DAOs**
* In the immediate term, MVP handbook with maybe 1 additional ad hoc contributor
#### Action Steps
* Compensate earth2travis for consultation hours (500 xdai)
* Figure out his ongoing ad hoc compensation to continue consultation
* Bring the idea back to Wordsmiths and recruit 1-2 ad hoc contributors at standard RBG rates
* Refine proposal for the next MolochDAO grants round and open discussion to other DAOs to gather sentiment on the best possible handbook
* v2 handbook will be the first draft of a living document
* TW will restructure the handbook to an immediate 3 week deliverable
### RBG needs to figure out their compensation scheme
* TW will book some consultation with Spencer
