# RBG Meeting Notes 11-29-21 🌨 ### Agenda - Grant Pipeline Check-in - RaidGuild Projects Check-in - Prep for member meeting: Dec 6th @ 10am MST > email the announcement, set an agenda - RBG meeting to brainstorm roadmap for Q1 2022 - Pooja Onboarding ### Grant Pipeline - Soft polling has started - direct attention to the polling channel - We should start considering how to invite projects to put their proposal on-chain. How do we make this decision? - Need a negative message: "We haven't seen a strong positive response for your proposal, but we won't block your submission to put it on chain. It might not get sponsored." - Need a positive message: "Your proposal has received positive feedback and we would like to invite you to submit it on-chain" - Mailchimp email announcing the member meeting for Dec 6th - Also a google calendar invite on the MolochDAO account to include in the email ### RaidGuild Projects #### Report - Annual Report: - Jengajojo requesting "current consensus gathering process" - they should just look at the handbook - Draft of the report is expected by Dec 15th. How will we evaluate and integrate? Maybe an earlier check-in is needed? Let's schedule a meeting with them. - Grant strategy group? - Group needs a check-in. Try to include them in the meeting with the reports. - Community group? - Pooja and Zayi are working with BorrowLucid to conduct interviews with past grantees - Interviews will be transcribed into Q&As to be posted on the MolochDAO medium - Gather information on past grantees: when they received their grants, how it has affected their project, gather input on the process of the grant pipeline, recommendations for changes on the pipeline - Need to define clear stop/start dates so compensation doesn't overlap with RG cohort fund - Website group has sharded off of the main community group: - Ongoing convos about the design system - Website is being sketched and developed: JP is helping - Meeting today at 10am ### Notion Redesign? - Notion needs some updating - Especially the system for tracking work and payments for contributors - Pooja suggests something similar to ETHCatHerders: contriubtor creates an issue, tracked through a spreadsheet, creates transparency for payments, opportunity to scrutinize for payments ### Member Meeting Prep - Make sure members are aware of the v2 proposal submission process, as outlined in the handbook ### RBG Roadmap Prep - Start collecting ideas async between now and December 13th, at which point we will collect the ideas and form a roadmap. - Update members via a Moloch Monthly newsletter.
