* New handbook is ready! Already migrated to the new MolochDAO Github.
* Budget update for handbook
* Comb through twitter, clean up the branding

### November Plan
* Grant pipeline is open!
* Take down the old incorrect application procedures on the MolochDAO.com
* Synchronizing Giveth, Panvala, etc., grant matching before the November 29th Submission Phase

### Multisig Meeting
* Submit our txns
* Prepare a 1-pager on the RG sponsorship

### Grant Pipeline
* Create some forum posts for informational purposes
* Create seed posts for existing grant ideas:
1. Proof of Humanity? Ping Ameen to see if he wants to post something
2. ETH Cat Herders: Proposal needs clarity, RBG should schedule a meeting.
3. MetaCartel proposal: needs a point person, inform them of the schedule, start looking at their proposal because it **really needs to be shaped**
4. MetaGammaDelta: will put up the proposal on the forum, with Ann + Zayi serving as liasons
5. ReallyBoringGuild top up grant? TW will spearhead a new proposal, new deliverables, new scope, new roles of contributors
