What kind of work do we want to do? 2022 roadmap - Work to review for the RG cohort - Website structure, going live this week - Annual report/grant strategy: work needs review, Ann will check in with the apprentices - Community strategy group: they presented before the break, so how do we proceed? - Ongoing interviews with MolochDAO grant recipients - Address the conflict resolution circle from before the break - Onboarding and offboarding for RBG - Working group to attend to these core issues - Need to think about how to distribute the RaidGuild $20k - Multisig meeting tomorrow! **Everyone put in your timecards on the new system (on Github)** - Christina: A history of MolochDAO (& Moloch DAOs) lore, as a wiki or reddit thread ### EthDenver - Ann is interested in putting together a MolochDAO-wide meeting IRL - MolochDAO panel discussion? Continuation of Ann's idea for MCON: a discussion of what are the best things to invest in for Ethereum now, and why does Ethereum have an impact on the world? - A series of member meetings with some broader input, possibly a panel, to discuss the topic and map out a 1 year grant strategy that reflect the community - Can create a precedent for ongoing strategy/implementation - Not prescriptive! Distilling community information of what Moloch members are the most impactful areas to consider - Potential to integrate our panel discussion with the Schelling Point (Gitcoin) event on Feb 17. ### MolochDAO-wide meeting - Ann wants to move away from grants admin. Now is an opportunity to onboard other members to help on this front - We succeeded in "waking up the DAO" and other members are now eager to get more involved - Ann wants to work with Yalda to organize the meeting at Eth Denver, also a monthly MolochDAO meeting - Zayi will lend a hand with organizing and conducting these meetings: modeled on MGD meetings ### Interviews - Next up: Antoine - 3 Medium posts ready to publish - Waiting for final feedback from TJRush before publishing. Goal is to publish one per week, every week. - Scheduling is ongoing - BorrowLucid (Christina) is doing great in transcribing the content - TW has an idea to go to EthDenver with a recorder to conduct IRL interviews - With MolochDAO members? Related to Ann's prompt of understanding the impact of Ethereum for the community - Could be published on the MolochDAO Medium page - Pooja: publish to Youtube or other multimedia platforms? - How to integrate into the new MolochDAO website? - Pooja: How can we prepare the script/guidelines before the event? Build upon the script that Pooja/Zayi already has. ### RaidGuild Sponsorship - How do we evaluate the apprentice labor? - How do we distribute the funds we have submitted for sponsorship - to the individual projects and to the RG participation? - How do we present the work to the rest of MolochDAO to gather consensus? - 30% distributed to RG ops: Tae, Scott, JP, Jaqi - 70% to projects: does it all go to MolochDAO? Is any reserved for other RG projects? ### HR for DAOs? - Trying to integrate the learnings from our conflict resolution sessions - TW has a meeting with Loie later today to discuss some related ideas - HR's job is to protect the company from you (the employee), so it's obviously highly problematic. In DAOs, there's a huge opportunity to think about how new structures can be applied: what can be saved and what is antithetical to our decentralized processes - TW has also side-barred with Dr. Kelly Page about working with RBG on a more regular basis on this front ### Multisig Meeting - Make sure we distribute the bonus to Christina tomorrow! - **Need to get her Eth Address** ### History/Lore of Moloch DAOs - A place to provide background info on the Moloch lore, slaying Moloch, etc. - What is the best repo for this information? It can start in a HackMD and decide how we will handle it later. ### Next Week: - Detailed workign session of the 2022 roadmap - Working session of how to wrap up the RG sponsorship, next steps, etc. - Continue discussing a monthly MolochDAO meeting - Continue discussing the MolochDAO EthDenver presence
