I propose: ## How I Propose We Do It ### We dedicate $40k to documentation According to the proposal recently presented by earth2travis via RaidGuild. We should expand the scope to include the infrastructure to ensure the documentation remains open source for future contributors (no admin). This includes a complete revision of the grant pipeline procedures. ### We dedicate $20k to sponsor memberships shares for a curated group of ad hoc contributors For the following people: * Dekan * Ven * Spencer * Yalor * Tae * Travis (earth2travis) * Amos (arentweall) * Kseniya * Zayi * Niran *Is there someone else you would like to see on this list? Let's add them!* ### We maintain the final $20-30k for RBG ops to the end of the year Including gas reimbursement and our hourly wages for accomplishing these final tasks: * Ann's objectives: the budget and structure of the annual report * Travis' objectives: full design overhaul of all assets * Zayi's objectives: document and report these final activities * Additional ad hoc contributors as needed: * Damagedgoods or other economic consultant * Designer to work with Travis * Marketing squad ### *The goal should be to have zero left over and dissolve RBG going into Q1 2022* ## WTF Why Would We Do This Crazy Shit? ### It's what we said we would do As outlined in the [funding proposal](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1K18BNbTendIuN31tROjBj7ChURYjq5o3P6cy8TLRGsI/edit?usp=sharing), our stated goals are to: 1. Engage existing members who are willing to join and support this effort 2. Recruit new members with expertise and ability to contribute to the next phase of Moloch DAO In order to... 1. Focus on funding key ecosystem initiatives with wide impact. 2. Promote the meme: embrace the difficulty, yes even futility, of addressing Moloch problems - as an essentially hopeful way of saying that now may be the time and we may be the people. 3. Promote Moloch DAO as an agent of action playing a special role amongst DAOs as a catalyst for solutions to the hardest coordination problems faced by humanity. 4. As a special catalyst among other active communities participating in efforts that enhance the advancement of the whole ecosystem.
