### New Content to Push
- January newsletter will be ready this week or next
- Drafted in mailchimp - RBG can review
- TW/DG article was pushed - great engagement!
- Antoine's interview will be pushed this week
### RFP Revamp
- Correlations to EtherWorld: education initiatives on how to use ETH test nets. Positive response.
- YouTube/blog content to raise questions on max impact on Ethereum development/investment
- Research is ongoing.
### Member Polling
- An adaptation of an idea in the works for RaidGuild
- Low admin overhead, low lift tasks, efficient, decent
- Steps:
1. Setup an Airtable to capture data
2. Setup a form
3. RBG organizes lightning workshops to organize the data
4. Publish as a newsletter for all members
- Format:
- Simple, easy, low bandwidth
- Optional form for adding comments

### Archiving Member Meetings
- Create a folder on Github to hold the files
- Generally use Github to document for member reference
- Pooja and Christina will work on this
### Progressive Decentralization
- Research is already being conducted for implementation at DAOhaus. Team includes e2t, Sam Kuhlman, and others.
- Learnings can be adapted for RBG.
- Goal is to errect a decen bounty board.
- RBG members can pick up the bounties (of course), but also allows us to invite other ad hoc contributors.
- Easy tracking of progress and payments to the DAO.
- Encourages DAO members to get involved:
- the creation of tasks
- picking up bounties
- reformulating the work stream
- articulating the value/budget/proposals
