# Leo speech for ecstatic dance
Goals for this project are:
1. Brainstorm and create a simple speech structure
2. Making and using effective notes
3. Memorisation through practice and techniques
4. Deliver the speech, repeat and update
## Brainstorming
Very quickly, gather all thoughts for the speech. Try and use a simple mind map, to create one use an app, such as:
* [SimpleMindPro - website](https://simplemind.eu/download/full-edition/)
* [SimpleMindPro - Apple Appstore](https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/simplemind-pro-mind-mapping/id378174507)
Example structure for speech

## Tips and Tricks
Some useful tips:
* Use the notes, don't be afraid to look down
* Pause between sections, **deliberately** read notes
* On notes, number each section, **remember** current number
* Use small cards for notes, **not** a large paper, as you'll lose track
# introduction (1m)
Many of us have been dancing, at 3am in a nightclub. Maybe, encouraged by 5 vodkas!
**pause**
BUT, what about dancing on a Sunday morning, at 10am, without alcohol and *no additives*?
The secret to this **madness**? Well, it's called **Esctatic Dance**, Esctatic Dance.
