### Job Role for Product Manager [PM]:
- Define and articulate requirements
- Conduct user and market research
- Deeper analysis of competitors
- Evaluating their services/products
- Defining limitations [it's very important]
- Creating user personas
- Writing Users story
- Write clear PRD [Product Requirements Document]
- 1st PRD draft should be explained line-by-line
- Revision
- Write Business case, value, revenue outcome
- Identify risk
- Mitigation
- 2nd PRD draft revision
- Revision
- Final PRD (or revision till approved)
- Creating Wireframe / Figma
- Task breakdown by building Jira Backlogs
- Make sure task is defined
- Test Plan
- Development Team | Need to buy it
- Groom backlogs | More details
- ER Logical Architecture defined [Help with Engg Lead]
- Dates ready and task is assigned [Help with PMO]
- Work closely with other teams to mitigate any blocker or clarification
- MVP Release & Testing
### Additional Role:
- Marketing activities [Customer Feedback is important]
- Constant product improvement based on Metrics tracking

### Make sure:
- Product definition is done
- Don't build Screen / Wireframe without PRD
- Don't build baked PRD i.e., communicate if in doubt
- Don't build PRD without User Story
- Decide list of User Stories
- Explain the User Story
- Sequence Matter
- PDR is approved before going to engineering team
- Get roadmap ready for 5 or 3 months [Help with PMO]
- New Suggestions
- Can't be included in release 1
- Can't be discussed with developers
- Once release v1 [MVP] is done
- Then feedback will come
- Whether right or wrong | until voilating fundamental of product
- Minor bugs can be considered
- Complete cycle, where start where finished
- Now convert it in reality [MVP]

- What's essential to build as amazing product
