#### Question:
1. Have a research on the internet about your topic ideas (is there anyone who has already implemented your idea?)
- Other people implementing this idea
2. Found a background problem, why do we need to create this kind of application?
3. Try to point out the advantage of this idea for the user.
4. Have a little research about website programming

#### Answer:
1. There are no digital medical record applications that has employed digital signature as a method of security. Most applications protect their data by having a single entity as the database owner.
2. The background problem is that hospitals may change patient's medical records which would decrease the report's credibility and impact the patients.
3. Our web application will focus on security to ensure both authenticity and credibility of the digital medical report.
4. We have a bit experience on website programming, using Django and Javascript. So, we will use django framework (python-based backend framework), react (javascript frontend framework), and tailwind (css framework) for our project.
