--- tag: product --- # Product Tours Raise will be introducing a range of product tours throughout the platform in order to help guide users through actions, as well as giving them a "lay of the land" so they don't feel overwhelmed or lost. These product tours will be created using Intercom, and can be transfered across intended updates to dahsboards and other features (e.g Cap Table). Before creating a product tour, make sure you: - Define flow/action - Breakdown into 3-5 manageable and informative steps - Leave some level of autonomy (more a breadcrumb trail than full hand-holding) ## Personal Dashboard The first product tour to be created will be an exploration of the users personal dashboard. This dashboard is currently being redesigned, however the same information and steps are applicable so we think it's best to begin building out this tour whilst we have some development bandwidth.
