--- tags: organism --- # Organism / Supporting Documents This organism is a part of Supporting Documents Tab within the Deal Room (both Founder & Investor) This organism differs between the Founder & Investor view. For the Company/Founder, they will be able to add/upload documents, as well as edit existing ones. If there are multiple files, this icon will become a Folder. - Amount of Documents - This will vary depending on how many are uploaded by the founder ... #### Empty State The founder will have already uploaded certain legal documents (CR-12, Shareholder Agreements, etc), so this section would most likely not be empty. There is also an option to upload a document that is stored on your device. This [Organism](https://hackmd.io/akNAac3hT4OdT4cBuMnw5w?both) will appear when the founder either clicks "Add" (in the Header of each Supporting Docs card), or clicks "Replace File" in the dropdown menu that appears after clicking on a document's 3 Dot "Edit" button.
