The key organisms that we want to monitor investor engagement for are: 1. Investment Simulator 1. Used (if investor has made a simulation) 2. Not Used (if an investor has not made a simulation) 2. Financial Performance 1. Viewed (if investor has clicked “Forecast” tab to view future financial value) 2. Not Viewed (if an investor has not clicked “Forecast” tab) 3. Cap Table 1. Viewed (if investor has used toggle to simulate Cap Table post funding round) 2. Not Viewed (if an investor has not engaged with Cap Table toggle) 4. Pre-Money Valuation 1. Viewed (if investor has looked at Pre-Money Valuation/downloaded the valuation report) 2. Number of Documents Displayed in table (only the documents that the investor has Viewed or Downloaded should be listed within this table) 2. Type of Documents displayed in table (e.g .pdf, .xcl, etc) 3. User has access to the Deal Room, but has not yet interacted (positively) with any of the listed Key Organisms, as well as not having viewed or downloaded any documents. This would then show an empty list with "Unused" or "Not Viewed" tags next to each card.
