--- tags: organism --- # Organism / Investment Terms This organism is a part of Investment Terms & Simulator Tab within the Deal Room (both Founder & Investor) This organism differs between the Founder & Investor view. For the Investor, this will only ever show a complete/happy state (never empty), because the founder cannot launch a deal room without investment terms! ## States & Variables ... ### Founder View Until the founder's company has been verified by Raise, they will bot be able to create a scenario or begin completing their deal. The founder can change the scenario by using the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner. This is because it will "turn investors off" if they see that there have not been other commitments.
